emiel 6b5548ffd2 This commit is all about moving toward 'Hoe' as the project helper.
$ gem install hoe

To get there the following has been done:

 * Adhere to hoe naming conventions.
 * Migrate and update tests.
 * Consolidate and update documentation.
 * Prepare History.txt for release.
 * And I probably forgot something...
