Some LDAP servers, such as ApacheDS, consider as invalid protocol, if controls
is an empty array.

Made modify_ops a method to allow for unit testing of it.
Added unit tests for add, delete and replace.

Only add the paging control if the server supports it. This is partly to work around a bug where a server will not allow all users to page, and will return insufficient access instead of ignoring the control.

Added new_superior arg to Net::LDAP rename method. This enables moving an entry in the tree by specifying the new parent container in addition to the rename entry functionality. Added a unit test file test_rename.rb for this method.

I had to prefix all accesses to LdapPdu, AsnSyntax and Filter with
Net::LDAP or Net:: respectively. We should rethink the module
decomposition to make this more natural.

I am not sure about this, since I haven't been able to find
documentation about what this does. This should work, though.
Cleanup of comments and exceptions, adds specification for
Filter.ex and a parser method.
