[cooja] memory: Introduce minimal memory access interface 'MemoryInterface'
A mote should provide access to its memory using this interface. All high-level access methods are wrapped around this minimal interface. Contains dummy-implementations of functions for AvrMoteMemory and MspMoteMemory
