Jacques Distler ad049bcc4b Drop hostname from cache key 
By default, Rails will cache

    example.com/mywiki/show/SomePage
and
    www.example.com/mywiki/show/SomePage

In Instiki, this just leads to stale cached pages and frustration.
Fix that behaviour.

If a Web has categories defined, you can delete orphaned pages in a given category
(in addition to being able to delete all orphaned pages).

Jacques Distler e43c9429c0 Two Bugfixes 
Make session secret persist across restarts. (Been meaning to do this for
a while: no more "stale cookie" warnings fter restarting the server.

Avoid cookie overflow in session store.

Jacques Distler cd5c19e530 Routes 
Make remove_orphaned_pages work in a proxied situation.
Also, "fix" a busted functional test. I'm not happy with
 this one. We're enforcing plain-text titles (which, I think,
 is the correct thing to do), but sending them as type="html",
 which then requires double-encoding.

Jacques Distler 38ae064b8a Bundle Latest REXML 
Sam Ruby has been doing a bang-up job fixing the bugs in REXML.
Who knows when these improvements will trickle down to vendor distributions of Ruby.
In the meantime, let's bundle the latest version of REXML with Instiki.
We check the version number of the bundled REXML against that of the System REXML, and use whichever is later.

Jacques Distler 6873fc8026 Upgrade to Rails 2.0.2 
Upgraded to Rails 2.0.2, except that we maintain

   vendor/rails/actionpack/lib/action_controller/routing.rb

from Rail 1.2.6 (at least for now), so that Routes don't change. We still
get to enjoy Rails's many new features.

Also fixed a bug in Chunk-handling: disable WikiWord processing in tags (for real this time).

Jacques Distler f92ed693c0 Log rotation. By default, we now use the standard Ruby Logger class to rotate the Instiki logfile. 
This works fine with the default Webrick. But, if you're running under Mongrel (say), you probably
want to customize this in config/environments/production.rb .
