When changing the address of an existing Web
(or creating a new one), check that the new name is valid.

Jacques Distler a6429f8c22 Ruby 1.9 Compatibility 
Completely removed the html5lib sanitizer.
Fixed the string-handling to work in both
Ruby 1.8.x and 1.9.2. There are still,
inexplicably, two functional tests that
fail. But the rest seems to work quite well.

Jacques Distler 4e14ccc74d Instiki 0.16.3: Rails 2.3.0 
Instiki now runs on the Rails 2.3.0 Candidate Release.
Among other improvements, this means that it now 
automagically selects between WEBrick and Mongrel.

Just run

    ./instiki --daemon

Jacques Distler bdcb506418 Two Bugs 
1) Orphaned pages in a Category were not being listed correctly
2) "list" view was not being expired correctly on deletion of orphaned pages.

Jacques Distler d0e834978a Fix Broken Tests 
In preparation for adding new tests, let's fix the existing ones.
3 Unit tests and one Functional test still fail.

* Two unit tests are bugs in xhtmldiff
* One is a bug in Maruku
* A file upload functional test fails, for reasons that escape me.
