b5ae0a7562 Add Ace::ImageThumbnailerFilter 
in haml template use
	%thumbnail{src: "/images/image.png"}

or with defined thumbnail size
	%thumbnail{src: "/images/image.png", size: "20x30"}

92d1eb1553 Use rule Ace::Static(output_path), file if you need to specify output_path. 
Example: rule Ace::Static("output/index.html"), "index.html.haml"
